Thank you for choosing to be a part of the children’s ministries at Chandler First Baptist.  In the New Testament, Jesus expressed His love for children repeatedly and dramatically.  The opportunity He has given you to serve His children should be viewed as a blessing and an honor.  We are thankful for the time you have committed to this awesome ministry. 

In order to glorify God in the care of His children, we must ensure the safest and most secure environment possible.  With that in mind, we ask that you provide the following information so that we may do a background check on you.  We hope you understand the need for this prerequisite to serving in the children’s ministries.
