The Movie Courageous!

Saturday, October 8,

It will be at 2:00 PM this Saturday with the doors open at 1:30PM

The movie Courageous will be starting in theatres on October 1. The church has reserved a Harkins theatre at Superstition Springs for Saturday, October 8 to view this movie. (Cross streets are Power Rd. & Hwy 60, on the south side.)

This is a new movie by the creators of the movie Fireproof. As the date gets closer we will have an exact starting time. The movie is rated PG-13.

Seats are limited to the first 40. Tickets are $5 each, available at the Men’s Ministry table, the church office or contact Mike Spart at 480-895-7453. No other admission discount of any kind.

Are You Expressing Love in a Language Your Child Understands?
Beginning Wednesday, October 5, from 6:30 – 7:30, we will dig into The Five Love Languages of Children and learn how to meet our children’s deepest emotional needs. Cost per book is $10.

His Hands Puppets

Have Lunch with the His Hands puppets! – Sunday, December 19

Take a break from your busy schedule! Our Puppets will sing Christmas carols on Sunday, December 19, from 11:00-1:00 p.m. at Rubio’s (Gilbert & Germann Rd.).

Our church will receive 10% of food purchases made by our members between 11:00 a.m. and closing time. There will a flyer in your Sunday bulletin on December 19, so remember to turn the flyer (download it below) into the Rubio’s cashier to so that we can receive credit.

Proceeds will go towards the Phase 2 building fund. Come show your support of our Puppet Ministry as well as our Building Fund. What a fun way to make the name of First Baptist Church Chandler and our Savior known in our community.
